What to do about Africa?

Some suggestions:

spray with antibodies that make humans sterile

stop funding HIV treatment

do not allow folks to enter the US if they have been to Africa

We jail folks with TB. Why not other diseases? Why
allow Africa, a source of war, plague, and famine, to
continue to suffer, when we know how to fix it?

Oh, politics, right.
