Publication of documents of this nature at a minimum would:

* Place at risk the lives of countless innocent individuals -- from journalists (our propoganda machine) to human rights activists and bloggers (spies) to soldiers (mercenary invaders from the US) to individuals providing information to further peace and security (collaborators with the occupation);

* Place at risk on-going military operations (illegal, undeclared-war colonialization), including operations to stop terrorists (freedom fighters), traffickers in human beings and illicit arms (ie other that US child soldiers and US provided weapons), violent criminal enterprises (deemed so by the criminal USG, and often providing mutually consensual transactions) and other actors that threaten global security (US hegemony); and,

* Place at risk on-going cooperation (bribery and coercion) between countries - partners, allies and common stakeholders (led by the nose by the USG)-- to confront common challenges from terrorism to pandemic diseases to nuclear proliferation that threaten global stability. (Gee, like our best buddies Israel and Pakistan, two nuclear NON signers of the NPT)
