Word-slinging warrior Christopher Hitchens joins the Congressional Assassination Caucus as an adjunct member, with a Slate piece urging the United States to, wait for it, "take out" Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi.

HItchens thus adds his voice to that of senators John McCain, Joe Lieberman and Lindsey Graham in calling, some more explicitly than others, for the U.S. to assassinate Gadhafi.
